Spring Wild Flowers

Throughout May and June wildflowers may be found along many park trails.

On our last trip we found forget me nots, trillium and wild strawberry.  Yellow slipper orchids are abundant at The Refuge. And make sure to check out the Ridges Sanctuary, which is home to 25 of Wisconsin’s 40 native orchid species.
